Women in Bus and Coach survey 2026

Your Voice Matters: Help Shape the Future for Women in Bus & Coach

January 19, 2026 in Insight

Women working in the bus and coach sector keep services running and communities connected every day. Yet, we know there are still challenges to overcome — and opportunities to make the industry more inclusive and supportive for women.

That’s why Women in Transport and Women in Bus and Coach have launched a short, anonymous survey to hear directly from women working across the sector.

Why is this important?

Your feedback will help us understand what’s working well, where barriers remain, and what needs to change. The insights gathered will be shared with industry leaders to inform future priorities and action.

Who can take part?

  • Women in any role — from drivers and engineers to managers and executives

  • Across all organisations in the bus and coach sector

A few important points:

  • The survey is anonymous

  • Please do not name your employer

  • No identifying information will be collected

  • Survey closes on 9th February 2026

Click here to take the survey now.

Thank you for helping us build a clearer picture of what supports women to thrive — and where change is still needed.
