What does your current job involve?
I partner with organisations across the UK delivering communication projects, ranging from shaping company values, launching standout brands to creating award schemes and much more. As one of the leading communications agencies in the passenger transport sector, I’m proud to play a key role in helping the industry connect with its many audiences.
What's the best thing about your job?
It’s definitely the amazing people I get to work with every day. There’s something truly special about our industry—it’s full of passion, purpose, and a real sense of community.
How did you become involved in the transport industry?
I fell into the industry by chance, and I know that’s a story many of us share. But I’d love to see that change. Our industry is full of opportunity, innovation, and brilliant people, and I hope more individuals actively seek out their place in it. To make that happen, we all have a role to play in spreading the word and reaching new talent - it’s our shared responsibility!
What do you like about working in transport?
Transport, to me, feels truly special. We’re not just marketing a product, we’re championing a service at the very heart of communities. Mobility plays a vital role in social wellbeing, connecting people to opportunities, support and each other. We have a deep responsibility to ensure our transport systems are accessible, inclusive, and built for everyone.
What are you most proud of?
Back at university, I used to daydream about running my own PR company, writing comms strategies, going from meeting to meeting, launching new products, and working with fab people. About 10 years ago, I realised I was actually doing it!! It’s not quite as glamorous as I’d imagined it, and it definitely involves more hard work, ha! But it’s just as fun, and achieving that is something I’m really proud of.
Why did you join Women in Transport?
I joined because it was clear from the outset that this was an incredible team of individuals, driven, inspired, and genuinely committed to making a difference and driving change. That’s exactly the kind of organisation I wanted to be part of.
What is your role on the board?
