Current job title
CEO - Inside Out Group
What does your current job involve?
I am responsible for the strategic direction, business development and financial management of Inside Out Group. My role is to grow the business, present our services across all infrastructure sectors and ensure we deliver with professionalism, integrity and the high standards we pride ourselves on. All within creating a work environment and culture where staff feel valued, trusted and have flexibility.
What's the best thing about your job?
The people I work with and the projects we get to film.
How did you become involved in the transport industry?
One of our first project wins was the time lapse filming, project filming and CCTV installation on the NET Phase Two, tram project in Nottingham. From there we were awarded a place on the film, media and photography framework with Network Rail. We applied to main contractors in infrastructure sectors to become part of their supply chain and growth has occured from there.
What do you like about working in transport?
We get to capture, film and share the stories of the great work taking place across all areas of transport. The infrastructure, the innovation, the social value. We get to document the change that takes place across the UK.
What are you most proud of?
Our staff retention at Inside Out Group, our team and the great work they deliver.
Why did you join Women in Transport?
To build my network, meet new connections and learn more about the wider transport sectors as my background has primarily been in rail.
What is your role at Women in Transport?
