Workplace Wellbeing Academy i-act Discount Offer for Women in Transport members

November 28, 2023 in Event

The Workplace Wellbeing Academy (WWA) is thrilled to be sponsoring the Women in Transport’s Advance Mentoring programme for 2024. We couldn’t be more excited to partner with this transformative organisation and support this important initiative that aims to empower and advance women in the transport sector.

As champions of workplace wellness and gender equality, we recognise the importance of enabling a diverse pool of talent to thrive. By supporting the Advance 2024 programme, we are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where women can thrive, break barriers, and make significant contributions to the world of transport.

We look forward to a fruitful collaboration that will undoubtedly drive positive change and promote wellbeing within the industry. Being treated equitably is a key underpinning characteristic of wellbeing.

As part of our wider commitment to this agenda, we are offering Women in Transport members an exclusive discounted price for our i-act Managing and Promoting Positive Mental Health and Wellbeing training.

This one-day online course:

  • Gives managers a greater understanding of what they are required to know about mental health and wellbeing issues in the workplace, including appropriate legislation and how to manage and recognise when colleagues may need help and support.

  • Offers guidance and advice for managers on ways to connect with colleagues who may be experiencing a mental health or wellbeing issue.

  • Equips managers with practical tools, a resource pack and signposting to further help and support, concerning mental health and wellbeing issues.

  • Comes with a 168-page evidence-based course manual, toolkit and resource pack for each manager.

The normal price of the course is £125 plus VAT. WWA is happy to offer Women in Transport members a 33% discount, making the price £83.75 plus VAT.
