Women in Summit

The Women in Summit is organised by Maritime UK as part of the Diversity in Maritime programme.

As well as being Women in Transport, this year’s event will bring together women’s networks from across different modes of transport, such as Women in Maritime, Women in Aviation and Women in Rail to share best practice and discuss common challenges and barriers to gender diversity.

The event will focus on themes such as:

• Visible leadership

• The role of allies

• Mental health and well being.

It is also expected that early findings from the Women in Transport Equity Index Project will be presented.

Join Women in Transport and our colleague networks at the 'Women in...Summit' to share challenges around gender diversity across maritime, rail, aviation and transport and to compare best practice.

Critically, it will provide a collaborative focus on how to improve inclusion for maritime, rail, aviation and the wider transport sectors together.
