Wales Hub: Gwella Llawr eich Pelfis | Restore your Pelvic Floor

Dyddiad: Dydd Mawrth 27 Chwefror 2024

Amser: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM

Lleoliad: Llawr 7, Tŷ Brunel, 2 Heol Fitzalan, Caerdydd, CF24 0EB

Y mis hwn, mae Menywod mewn Trafnidiaeth yn falch o groesawu’r Ffisiotherapydd Iechyd Menywod a Chyhyrysgerbydol, Anna Evans (About us (thesalveoclinic.co.uk)), er mwyn i ni ddysgu mwy am y ffyrdd gwahanol o wella, amddiffyn a chryfhau iechyd y pelfis.

Dyma’r hyn y byddwn yn ei drafod yn ystod ein digwyddiad:

·        Deall yn well llawr y pelfis a sut mae’n gweithio

·        Dysgu am ymarferion pob dydd y gellir eu defnyddio

·        Dod o hyd i dechnegau er mwyn deall signalau llawr y pelfis

·        Gofyn unrhyw gwestiynau efallai nad ydych eisoes wedi teimlo’n gyfforddus yn eu gofyn

·        Ac asesu ffyrdd o gryfhau’ch craidd.

Os hoffech rannu unrhyw gwestiynau neu bynciau’n anhysbys cyn y digwyddiad, e-bostiwch wales@womenintransport.com

Mae lleoedd yn brin felly cofrestrwch eich diddordeb yma. Caiff y lleoedd eu dyrannu ar sail y cyntaf i’r felin.
