Women in Transport Scotland: An audience with Joan Aitken

Invitation: An audience with Joan Aitken

We would like to invite women and men in the transport industry to join us for a lunchtime audience with Joan Aitken, Scotland’s Traffic Commissioner from 2003 to 2019.

We are delighted to welcome Joan Aitken to share her personal experiences and role as a senior leader, her professional development journey and also her thoughts about what challenges and opportunities lie ahead for women in the transport industry.

The event will provide a chance to ask questions to Joan and will be followed by a short networking session to discuss key learnings and take away points from Joan’s experience.

This event is open to all Women in Transport members. Registration will be open until 7th June.

If would like to join Women in Transport click here and to select Scotland. Any enquiries can be made directly through emailing us at scotland@womenintransport.com or joining our LinkedIn group

If you would like to join our event on the 8th June, please register your interest using the form below and we will send you joining instructions. Please note that, as we have limited time and to avoid disturbing the discussion, you will not be able access the session after 13.10pm, so please join promptly.

The Scotland hub is generously sponsored by Transport Scotland, Network Rail and Momentum Transport Consultancy.

Kind Regards
