Success with Smart Working: in harmony with biology, neuro-science and philosophy

It looks like we are going to be doing this working from home thing for some time yet. And, even when we can "go back", research is telling us that many people will still want to work from home: just not every day.

So perhaps now is a good time to double check that we have this sorted. We need to make sure we are doing the right things to be efficient and to be kind to ourselves.

Taking its inspiration from a number of well recognised sources, this webinar will take you through the three main phases of the day:

  • In the morning, before work

  • During the working day

  • At the end of the working day

For each of these phases, the webinar will help us to share our ideas and then offer suggestions to help each of us create our own set of personal guidelines.

These guidelines include some neuro-science, biology, philosophy and management approaches.

This session will be led by Iain Smith, a board member of Women in Transport and Director and Founder of Network for Skills. Iain has been consulting on Smart Working for the past five years, helping clients such as the Legal Aid Agency, City & Guilds and Transport for London.

This will be a great learning experience and a valuable investment of your time.

Places are only available to Women in Transport members.
