Language is indicative of workplace culture and in many traditionally male-dominated industries like transport, that means banter. But when does light-hearted joking cross the line into inappropriate language or even bullying? And what can you do about it if it does? Come and explore this important topic in an interactive webinar with Communication Trainer and former truck driver Jenny Tipping.
Jenny is a former truck driver and instructor who is now a trainer and coach in Nonviolent Communication. Her work focusses on the skills needed to improve diversity and she helps organisations to make their workplaces more welcoming for all, and supports individuals to thrive
