Stakeholder engagement is crucial for the success of transport projects, yet so many project teams do not appreciate its value or do not know how to implement it. Jo Field, an expert in creating ways to connect people and policymakers, will explain how to engage with stakeholders. She will be drawing on her 17 years of success in developing and delivering public affairs and building stakeholder support, partnerships and advocacy, policy development, crisis communications and protecting corporate reputations.

Jo is Founder and Managing Director of JFG Comms, a boutique consultancy specialising in stakeholder engagement, public affairs and gender diversity for the transport and infrastructure sectors.
