Sue Terpilowski, OBE is the founder and Managing Director of Image Line Communications, a leading full-service agency specialising in freight, maritime, logistics, and supply chain sectors. Sue is the Women in Transport lead for The Equity Index a pioneering initiative reshaping the transport sector by championing diversity and equity.
Katie Thomas is an experienced consultant whose career spans the transport sector, including logistics, rail, ocean and air freight. After starting her career on a logistics graduate scheme, Katie has built over seven years of experience in operational excellence, project management, and operating model development across the UK, Europe, and Globally. She has led multi-disciplinary teams, collaboratively delivered process improvements, and managed significant operating model transformation initiatives in her previous role at DHL and in her current role at PA Consulting. In the past two years, Katie has focused on business design, using her industry insight to develop future-ready operating models and deliver high-impact changes at scale. Alongside her consultancy work, Katie is a dedicated champion of social value, actively driving its development within the transport sector. She has served as a Trustee for more than three years and is committed to promoting greater representation of Charity Leaders within corporate companies.
Victoria Isherwood graduated from Cardiff University in July 2024 after is completing a professional placement year in the development management team at the Vale of Glamorgan Council. She continued to work in the development management team during her final year of university however since graduating is now working as a graduate transport planner at Amey based in their Birmingham office. Victoria is also a member of the Women in Transport working group looking into how we encourage the next generation into the industry.
