Women in Transport at Interchange 2026 - See you in Manchester!

3 - 4 March | Manchester Central Convention Complex

We’re heading back to Manchester for Interchange 2026, and we couldn’t be more energised! This year’s event is shaping up to be one of the most important conversations in transport - a deep dive into how we build a seamless, integrated, decarbonised and resilient multi-modal system that genuinely works for people, the economy and the planet.

With the North West at the centre of devolution-driven transformation, Interchange 2026 brings together the voices shaping this next chapter: metro mayors, business leaders, government ministers, pioneering academics, and a whole host of passionate professionals determined to make transport fairer, smarter, cleaner and more human.

And of course - Women in Transport will be right in the mix.

Find us at Stand 91

Across both days, a brilliant group of Women in Transport volunteers and senior leaders will be on-stand, ready for conversation, connection and collaboration. Whether you’re exploring membership, interested in our programmes, or simply want to talk about the future of transport through an equity lens, we’d love to see you.

Come by, say hello and leave inspired.

Day 2: Women in Transport Breakfast Briefing (8:30am)

We’re back for the second year running with our much-loved breakfast session - friendly faces, good conversation, and the kind of early-morning energy only the Women in Transport community can deliver.

Expect honest dialogue, practical inspiration, and a space where transport professionals from across the sector can connect before the day kicks off. It’s open, welcoming, and one of the warmest rooms at Interchange.

Women in Transport Voices on the Main Stage

We’re incredibly proud to see Women in Transport members featured across the programme — including a Ministerial Address from Rachel Skinner on Day 1.

Her leadership continues to challenge and progress the sector, and we’re delighted to see her shaping the national conversation on stage once again.

Why we’re at Interchange 2026

Interchange isn’t just another industry fixture. It’s a chance to champion progress, push for equity and make sure inclusion isn’t an optional extra in the transport revolution - it’s baked right into the foundations. And there is no better place to host such a transformation than Manchester.

And that’s exactly why we’re showing up.

Together, we’re committed to a future where diverse voices lead, shape and strengthen the decisions that impact us all.

👋 See you in Manchester!

We can’t wait for two days of ideas, energy, and connection. If you're attending, make sure to swing by Stand 91, join us for breakfast, and be part of the conversation about what a more inclusive and future‑ready transport system looks like.

Let’s make Interchange 2026 one to remember.
