A virtual drop-in session open to all genders.
We’re delighted to invite you to the final Menopause Club of 2025, where we’ll be focusing on Menopause Policies in the workplace. Whether you’ve helped develop one, worked within one, have templates to share, or are looking for guidance on getting started, we’d really value your experiences and insights.
As always, Claire and Cecilia look forward to an open, honest conversation, exploring everything from medication and diet to the everyday challenges we navigate and the practical strategies that help us feel supported and able to thrive.

This event is open to members of all genders, whether you are going through it or you are supporting a friend, colleague or family member.
What is the Menopause Club?
The purpose of the Menopause Club is to provide a safe space for Women in Transport members to share their experiences, and support and empower each other.
There is no requirement to contribute, you are welcome to just sit and listen. Whilst it is a virtual session, cameras are not mandatory to help create a safe space.
Who can attend?
This event is open to members of all genders. If you are not a member of Women in Transport and would like to join or find out more, click here.
This month, we are inviting you to bring along a friend or colleague who you think would benefit from the discussion. This could be someone from your work, friendship group or family.
You don’t have to be going through menopause/perimenopause yourself. It could be that you are supporting a colleague, partner, family member or friend who is going through menopause. Or perhaps you expect to experience it soon or just want to feel empowered with more information.
We ask that you register for the event so that we can provide you with any relevant updates and information ahead of time.
