Join us for an interactive session covering everything you need to know about Advance 2027, which launches on 28th September 2026. Whether you're considering applying as a mentee, thinking about becoming a mentor, or simply want to understand what the programme involves, this session will give you the full picture.
Any member of Women in Transport who identifies as a woman can apply to be a mentee
Any manager level or above, regardless of gender, who currently works in or is affiliated with the transport sector can apply to be a mentor
We'll be joined by existing mentors and mentees from the current cohort, who'll share honest, first-hand insights into what the experience is really like - the challenges, the breakthroughs, and the relationships that have shaped their careers in transport.
We'll also give you some pointers of how to make your application a strong one, giving you practical, actionable guidance to help your application stand out from the moment applications open.
This is a genuinely interactive session, so come with your questions - about the application process, what to expect as a mentor or mentee, time commitments, or anything else on your mind.
Whether you're weighing up your first application or considering giving back as a mentor, this session is your essential starting point for Advance 2027.
