Hi Vis — A Visual History of Women in Transport
2025 is the year when we celebrate 20 years of Women in Transport.
It all started as the London chapter of the international Women’s Transportation Seminar (WTS) in the corridors of Transport for London, spearheaded by Valerie Todd. Since then, we’ve worked with our members, volunteers and corporate partners to raise the visibility of women across our industry — with impact and empowerment.
Travel back in time with our interactive timeline below and discover some of the milestones that have made us the organisation we are today.
Not a member of Women in Transport? Individual membership is just £5 a month.
